With help from Rough Fiction, The Lower 5th Company at Bishops Stortford College  throw themselves headlong into what it means to be heroic in today’s world. Sometimes fantastical, and sometimes everyday; we have created a brand new 30-minute piece of physical theatre in just six days.

How to Fly and Other Useful Skills is a fragmented exploration what ‘heroism’ really means. We have been discovering our super powers, what we believe in, what we stand for, what we care about and what it truly means to be brave in 2014. We’ve been training, sweating, writing, talking and playing together; muscles are aching, our arms are slightly bigger and we’ve got too many blisters.
